Our Culture
All of us together form our culture. Great work happens when people feel trusted, challenged, and cared for. Our team works 90% remotely with strong connection and real collaboration. Expectations are clear, processes are documented, and leadership is genuinely supportive. We gather in person quarterly for connection, learning, and fun — because relationships matter even in a remote environment. We know that being great at accounting doesn’t automatically make someone a great leader, so we invest intentionally in developing both.
Work-Life Rhythm
We’re serious about doing excellent work — and equally serious about sustainability.
Our team typically works:
- An average of 40 hours per week
- With core hours from 9am–3pm and flexibility around them
- With generous paid time off, sick days, and company holidays
During busy seasons, expectations are clear and reasonable — not reactive or excessive. We believe long-term success requires rest and balance.
